Quality improvements

The following updates improve model performance, inference efficiency, and overall system throughput across multiple models and components.

  • Fixed an issue where the Samba1-Turbo modelcard incorrectly indicated support for 16 RDUs. It now correctly reflects support for 8 RDUs only.

  • Resolved a configuration error where the prebuilt speculative decoding pair Meta-Llama-3.1-70B-SD-Llama-3.2-1B was only available for 8 RDUs. It is now correctly available for both 8 and 16 RDUs.

Known issues

Playground experience is currently broken for Stormer models.
